Service Contracts

Here at Alfresco Life we pride ourselves on having excellent customer relations from the first time you contact us right the way through to when you have been enjoying your spa for many years.

We offer service and maintenance contracts which are available for all Sundance spa modals, along with a wide variety of other spa modals. Our experience and credentials means that you are guaranteed to receive a quality spa service carried out by one of our fully trained engineers.

Silver Service Contract

This service contract includes two spa services over the course of a year which takes place at mutually convenient times. Both visits include the following:

□       A full drain down and though clean and refill of the spa

□       Resetting chemical chemistry to correct levels

□       Thoroughly socking and cleaning the filter and changing when applicable

□       Shock dosing spa with Bromine/Chlorine

□       Checking sand sock and cleaning

□       General maintenance check on spa including components

All labour, chemicals and materials are included in the price of this service. 

Gold Service Contract

 This service contract includes four spa services over the course of a year which takes place at mutually convenient times. All four visits include the following:

□       A full drain down and though clean and refill of the spa every 3 months

□       Resetting chemical chemistry to correct levels

□       Thoroughly socking and cleaning the filter and changing when applicable

□       Shock dosing spa with Bromine/Chlorine

□       Checking sand sock and cleaning each time

□       Thorough maintenance check on spa including all components inside and outside of spa shell.

All labour, chemicals and materials are included in the price of this service.

Platinum Service Contract

12 visits over a year to your spa including:

Monthly x 8

□       Reset water chemistry

□       Add clarifying agent

□       Clean and sock filter

□       Shock dose spa (spa light)

□       Check sand sock and clean

3 monthly x 2

□       Clean and sock filter

□       Drain down spa, clean and refill

□       Check sand sock and clean

□       Shock dose spa (bromine/chlorine)

□       Reset water chemistry

□       Change microclean1 filter or applicable filter

6 monthly x 1

□       Clean and sock filter

□       Drain down spa, clean and refill

□       Check sand sock and clean

□       Shock dose spa (chlorine/bromine)

□       Reset water chemistry

□       Change microclean1 filter or applicable filter

12 monthly x 1

□       Drain down spa, clean and refill

□       Check sand sock and clean

□       Shock dose spa (bromine/chlorine)

□       Reset water chemistry

□       Change pleated filter element

□       Change microclean1 filter
